การประกันสินค้าเมื่อสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บ

1.การรับประกันหมึกน้ำ

• คุณภาพงานพิมพ์ น้ำหมึกของอิ้งแมนผ่านการคัดสรรและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC.) ทุกขั้นตอน งานพิมพ์จึงมีความใกล้เคียงของแท้มากที่สุด, ยกเว้นน้ำหมึกที่สั่งซื้อไปแล้วในระยะเวลาเกิน 1ปี ระยะประกันคุณภาพของน้ำหมึกจะสิ้นสุดลง

2.การรับประกันอิ้งค์แทงค์

• ชุดอิ้งค์แทงค์ ทั้งระบบประกอบด้วย ฐานแทงค์, สายน้ำหมึก, จุกวาล์ว, และ ข้องอ จะรับประกันตลอดอายุการใช้งาน
  
• ลูกค้านำไปดัดแปลงเอง หรือทำตกหล่นชำรุดเสียหาย ทำให้การรับประกันสิ้นสุดลงทันที
  
• ตัวเครื่องพิมพ์รับประกัน 1 ปี การรับประกันชุดหัวพิมพ์แบ่งตามยี่ห้อ ดังนี้ Epsonรับประกัน 1 ปี Canonรับประกัน 1 เดือน และ Hp ไม่รับประกัน(เพราะหัวพิมพ์ของhpติดตั้งอยู่ที่ตลับ) ตลับหมึกทุกชนิดรับประกัน 3 เดือน
  
*กรณีเครื่องพิมพ์ Brother ตัวเครื่องพิมพ์,ชุดหัวพิมพ์ และตลับใส รับประกัน 1 เดือน

• กรณีที่ใช้หมึกอื่นแทนที่หมึกอิ้งค์แมน ทำให้การรับประกันสิ้นสุดลงทันที
  
• การดัดแปลงแก้ไขเอง โดยมิใช่การซ่อมจากศูนย์บริการของอิ้งค์แมนทำให้การรับประกันสิ้นสุดลงทันที

3.การรับประกันหมึกผง

• รับประกันคุณภาพงานพิมพ์ใกล้เคียงของแท้ทุกชิ้น ยกเว้นหมึกผงที่สั่งซื้อไปแล้วในระยะเวลาเกิน 1ปี ระยะประกันคุณภาพของผงหมึกจะสิ้นสุดลง *ส่วนตลับรีเมนูฯ (Remanufacture Laser Toner) รับประกันจนกว่าหมึกจะหมดตลับ

Warranty and Returning Policy

1. Warranty on Inkman Ink Refill

• The ink quality of the Inkman InkRefill has been in the process of quality control in every detail to ensure the highest quality possible.? As the results, the ink itself is very comparable to the OEM cartridge.? However, the warranty of quality will not be valid after one year of purchased.

2. Warranty on InkTake System

• InkTank System is consisted on the based, ink tube, valve cover, and pipe will be warranty for lifetime.
  
• If the user have modified, or drop the machine warranty will not be valid.
• Only printer's body will be warranty for one year.Epson printhead'll be warranty for one year,Canon for 1 month and Hp won't be warranty(Hp's printhead was produced with cartridge).Almost of our cartridge'll be warranty for 3 months. *Brother will be warranty for printer's body,printhead and all cartridge for 1 month.
• In case of non-inkman ink based solution is used in the InkMan InkTank System, the warranty will end immidately.
• Fixing or modifying the InkTank System or the printer system will caused the warranty to end.

3. Waranty on laser toner refill

• The toner quality of the Inkman Toner Refill has been in the process of quality control in every detail to ensure the highest quality possible.? As the results, the ink itself is very comparable to the OEM cartridge.? However, the warranty of quality will not be valid after one year of purchased. *The Remanufacture Laser Toner Cartridge will caused the warranty to end.
